Coroplast

A high-quality polypropylene twinwall profile sheet formulated for use , display, and packaging markets. Coroplast uses a copolymer resin in order to increase impact and low temperature performance. Coroplast retains the ability to be flexed an unlimited number of times without breaking. It is chemically inert, with a NIL pH factor and most oils, solvents and water have no effect. Performs well under adverse weather conditions or when exposed to harsh chemicals.

ACM – Aluminum Composite Material

ACM, short for Aluminum Composite Material, is composed of three layers. The outer two layers are Aluminum .02 thickness, and the the middle is a Polyethlylene core.  This product is high-impact resistant, great for outdoor signage.

Acrylic

Acrylic is a composition of Methyl Methacrylate and Poly Methyl Methacrylate  resin. It is a shatter resistant glass alternative. It has many uses. One of the applications Clear Choice offers are face mounting prints to the back side of an Acrylic sheet, producing a high-end graphic. Gluing

When gluing  we apply a predetermined amount of soluble liquid adhesives to cardboard or point board to insure a proper and long lasting bond.

Guidelines

The size of the printed item to be mounted cannot be the final size of the mounted job when Glue Mounting.  Prints must have a minimum of a 1/8″ border.  Non Glue Mounts can be done final size.
